Our positive view on Moroccan stocks appears to have been premature. Given the still sluggish performance of the real estate sector, and with the outlook for the banking sector still uncertain amidst ongoing headwinds in Europe, we affirm our relatively negative outlook for the Moroccan All Share Index (MASI).
