Macroeconomic Forecast Algeria

We epect Algeria's economic growth to start picking up this year and we pencil in 3.1% in real terms, compared to last year's 2.3%. Going forward, 2011 and 2012 will see even faster growth, on the back of a recovery in European demand and due to current ongoing reforms in the private sector. We forecast 3.8% and 4.6% real GDP growth for the coming two years respectively.
