BMI View: We see the exchange rate ending 2008 near its current position around ZMK3,400/US$, as appreciatory pressure from FDI inflows and depreciatory pressure from a potentially weaker copper outlook partially offset each other. Going past 2008, we see appreciation towards ZMK3,200/US$.
